Our company is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of PVC floor tiles and planks. The company was originally founded in 1992. After several movement, we finally locate in Lishui with stunning scenery. It has over 200 employees, a registered capital of 18 million yuan, and covers an area of 60 acres, including 20000 square meters of production lines and warehouses, and 60,000 square meters of office and living facilities. The current address is located in the industrial cluster of Dongping Town, Lishui District, Nanjing.
We have 5 production lines, including SPC, LVT, ordinary adhesive and dry back floor tiles, with an annual production capacity of 2000 containers. The main products include 6 categories (12 "x12", 18 "x18", 24"x24", 12 "x24", 6 "x36", 7 "x48") with nearly 1000 patterns, and we can produce various thickness from 1.0mm to 4.0mm. According to customer requirements, we have various embossing, UV coating and other surface treatments, as well as grooving, beveling, adhesive back or dry back. We can meet the needs of different clients at home and abroad. Our products are sold to the United States, South Africa, Europe and other places, and the market has gradually increased from a single export oriented to domestic sales, with a sales revenue of 150 million yuan.
We have an excellent management team, research and development team, sales team, and skilled employee team. In the past 30 years of production and operation, we have accumulated a large amount of production technology for new materials, continuously updating product technical indicators, and improving product technical content. SPC click floor production process
Extruding Workshop:
The wearlayer, decorated film and bottom SPC layers will be extruded together in this workshop.
UV coating workshop
The whole piece product will be coated with stain resistant and scratch resistant oil
Notching workshop
The whole piece will be cutted into standard small size and notched the click edge.
IXPE Adhesive Workshop
1mm or 1.5mm IXPE layer can be used at the back of the floor to achieve sound resistant.
We can print the decorated film by ourselves and be able to develop many new colors every year.
1992: Initially come into this product field with production capacity of less 5 containers per month.
2002: State owned enterprise changed to private ownership with production capacity of less 30 containers per month
2005: First factory movement to a bigger place of 20000 sqms with production capacity of over 100 contaienrs per month.
2016: Second movement to Lishui with rented workshop with the production capacity of over 200 containers per month.
2023: Three movement to our own fatory in Lishui of 40000 sqms with the production capacity of over 500 contaienrs per month.
